Dr. Anita Ramani PhD., C.Psych., BCBA-D Clinical Psychologist & Behaviour Analyst
Dr. Anita Ramani is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and she has extensive experience in working with children and their families. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst- Doctoral.
Dr. Ramani’s work involves providing diagnostic assessment and psycho-educational assessment for children and adolescents. She also provides intervention for children experiencing learning difficulties, social and emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, anger and problem-solving. She utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based treatments to help children and adolescents with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, and depression. Anita is passionate about working with children and their families to help them reach their potential.
Dr. Ramani’s work has included working with children, adolescents, and families in the private and public sectors. She was the Associate Director of ErinoakKids’ Autism Program, one of the largest continuum of clinical services, where she led clinical managers, staff and families through an unprecedented transformational change in service delivery. Through ongoing learning and a commitment to continuous quality improvement, she established an enhanced children and youth service system, ensuring improved access to a broader range of services.
Dr. Ramani has also worked as a Psychologist / Clinical Director at Pathways for Children and as well as served as a Psychologist for the DFO teams for the Central East and Toronto Autism programs. She worked closely with Seneca college to develop curriculum and programs, preparing like-minded individuals to enter this growing and evolving field of autism services. Anita served as faculty in Seneca College for the following programs: Bachelor of Child Development, Behavioural Sciences and The Autism and Behavioural Science Ontario Graduate Certificate program. She also worked as a Clinical Director at Integra, the leading institution for children with Learning Disabilities, where she facilitated groups to develop social skills and self-esteem among children with NVLD.

Nalini James
M.Sc., M.ADS (Psychometrist)
Ms. James holds a Master of Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, India and a Master of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University.
Ms. James has been working for more than two decades with a team of clinicians screening and diagnosing children suspected of being on the Autism Spectrum Disorder while working as a psychometrist at ErinoakKids. She has experience collaborating and organizing social skills groups for youth with High Functioning Autism. She has extensive experience assessing cognitive, academic, and behavioural functioning in toddlers, children and youth, using various assessment tools and methods.
Ms. James has strong people skills and is respectful of the families she works with. She has worked under the supervision of well-experienced psychologists to complete comprehensive psychological assessments.
On a personal level, she enjoys knitting for her family and trying new recipes. She loves spending time with her niece’s Labrador.

Kin Tong Chan
Ph.D. (Psychometrist)
Mr. Chan holds a Ph.D. in Human Development and Applied Psychology from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Chan has over two decades of experience in assessing cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioural functioning of children and youth while working as a psychometrist at ErinoakKids and a self-employed consultant. Since 2015, Mr. Chan has also been a part-time research fellow and academic visitor at the Assessment and Training Centre of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and helps in designing and constructing aptitude tests for various government departments and public organizations in Hong Kong and Macau. As a Psychometrist, he works under the supervision of Dr. Anita Ramani, providing a range of psychological assessments
Mr. Chan is a part-time professor, teaching the course of Psychometrics at Humber College since 2020. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chan had taught various diploma and undergraduate courses at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Chan has a strong ability to establish rapport with children and youth (and their families) and empathize with their presenting conditions.

Harshi Sritharan
Harshi Sritharan is a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She specializes in working with children and youth, teens, young adults, as well as parents and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Disabilities (LD/NLD), and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Harshi has spent over seven years working with individuals and families across the life span navigate ASD and ADHD. She has worked with individuals both in-person and virtually, implementing behavioural techniques within clinics, homes, as well as public and private schools. Harshi has implemented treatment and program planning for children with ASD, while coordinating and providing supports for them in school classrooms. In addition, she has worked with parents, providing parent training and strategies to implement within the home. Harshi has also created a parent training program for parents whose children have recently received a diagnosis of ASD and helped parents teach their children communication, social interaction and joint attention skills. Harshi has also trained her direct staff and teachers within the school boards on how to teach and work effectively with children and youth with varying disorders impacting their academic achievement.
Harshi completed two undergraduate degrees at McMaster University in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour, and Sociology. She then went on to pursue a post-graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Following this, Harshi completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Windsor.
Harshi has a passion for working with individuals and helping them reach their behavioural, social and emotional goals. Her expertise in child development, human behaviour, and behaviour modification using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis, helps her create treatment plans and strategies to help support individuals and families with ASD and ADHD.
Harshi likes to work with all members of the family to provide a comprehensive service to foster growth and positive change. Harshi uses a combination of strengths-based, client-centred, approaches using behavioural, cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness therapies while working with clients, to help them become their best self.
